We put together a proposal
You'll get a written proposal scoped to your organisation, so it's easy to share with your finance team, governors or board alongside everything else they need to see.

You decide how to move
Some schools start with a single pilot before wider rollout. Others go straight to a trust-wide agreement. We'll shape the proposal around whichever makes sense for you.

If your organisation runs procurement through a formal tender or an approved supplier process, we're glad to respond directly — send us your documentation and timeline and we'll work to it.

Why isn't there a price list on this page?
Every school, trust and local authority we work with starts from a different place — number of learners, current systems, and what "success" looks like all vary. A generic price list would either underprice a large rollout or overstate the cost of a smaller one. A short conversation gets you a more accurate answer, faster than trying to reverse-engineer it from a rate card.
