Schools are being asked to do more — with less.

Schools are under increasing pressure to:

  • Deliver SEND provision in-house
  • Improve engagement and attendance
  • Evidence progress against EHCP outcomes
  • Prepare for Ofsted and local authority scrutiny

But the systems to do this well — at scale — often don’t exist.

How the pilot works

What does taking part in the pilot involve?

Schools in the Bloom pilot will:

  • Use Bloom with a small group of learners
  • Deliver flexible online provision alongside existing support
  • Access real-time engagement, progress, and evidence outputs
  • Help shape the platform ahead of wider rollout

The pilot is planned for spring/summer 2026 and we are working with 3 x primary and 3 x secondary schools

  • Fully supported
  • Low-risk
  • Designed to fit around existing provision

Why join the Bloom pilot?

Schools are joining Bloom to:

  • Reduce reliance on outsourced provision
  • Improve engagement for learners who struggle in traditional settings
  • Strengthen EHCP and SEND evidence
  • Save SENCo and leadership time
  • Prepare confidently for inspection and review

Is Bloom right for your school?

The pilot is designed for:

  • Mainstream schools and MATs
  • Schools supporting learners with SEND, EBSA, or attendance challenges
  • SENCOs, Heads, and inclusion leaders looking for scalable solutions
